Joe provides income and estate tax planning services. He focuses on business formation and exit & transition strategies. This includes mergers, acquisitions, sales and other advisory services in connection with partnerships, limited liability companies, S and C corporations and the owners of such businesses.

Joe serves as a co-chairperson of Catholic Charities of Onondaga County’s Annual House of Providence Fundraising Dinner. He is also a member and former President of the Estate Planning Council of Central New York.  In addition, Joe is a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgetown University Alumni Club of Central New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and its Committee on Taxation of Closely Held Businesses and S Corporations.

Joe, a graduate of Georgetown University, is a licensed CPA in New York and Virginia.  He is an Accredited Estate Planner and Chartered Global Management Accountant and resides in Fayetteville, NY.
