Hank is a founding partner of FustCharles LLP. Prior to that he was a partner at KPMG and the head of the audit department of KPMG’s Syracuse office. Hank has over 50 years’ experience in providing audit, tax and consulting services to a wide range of publicly held and closely held commercial businesses, in addition to a diverse group of not-for-profit organizations. Hank has extensive experience in privately/closely held merger and acquisition transactions. He also has significant accounting and auditing expertise in servicing closely held manufacturing, distribution, general contractors, high tech companies and agribusiness clients.
Hank serves as Finance Chair for the First Tee of Syracuse, Finance Chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Syracuse, Board Chair and President of Bishop Grimes High School, Treasurer for the Yeazel Educate a Kid Fund, Finance Committee Member for Holy Cross Church, Emeritus Member Board of Regents for Le Moyne College, Emeritus Board Member for Syracuse District Golf Association and is President of the New York State Golf Association. Hank is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the Georgia Society of CPAs and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Hank is a graduate of LeMoyne College and resides in Jamesville, NY.
