Hank is a founding partner of Fust Charles Chambers LLP. Prior to that he was a partner at KPMG and the head of the audit department of KPMG’s Syracuse office. Hank has over 50 years’ experience in providing audit, tax and consulting services to a wide range of publicly held and closely held commercial businesses, in addition to a diverse group of not-for-profit organizations. Hank has extensive experience in privately/closely held merger and acquisition transactions. He also has significant accounting and auditing expertise in servicing closely held manufacturing, distribution, general contractors, high tech companies and agribusiness clients.
Hank is currently chair of the Board of Trustees of Bishop Grimes High School, Vice President of the New York State Golf Association, Finance Chair of the First Tee of Syracuse and Finance Chair of the Boys and Girls Club of Syracuse. He has also served as a member of the Boards of Trustees of LeMoyne College, the Manufacturers Association of Central New York, The Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, the Everson Museum, the MOST, the Syracuse Symphony and many other civic and charitable organizations.
Hank is a graduate of LeMoyne College and resides in Jamesville, NY.
