Andy provides accounting, audit and advisory services to many of the Firm’s closely held manufacturing and distribution clients, professional service firms and not-for-profit organizations. He has significant accounting and auditing experience with revenue recognition, income taxation, leases, business combinations and complex equity transactions. He has also served as the engagement partner on numerous employee benefit plan audits and public company audits pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Andy is well versed in International Financial Accounting Standards.
Andy is a Board Member and Finance and Nominating Committee Member of the Cazenovia Preservation Foundation, a Board Member and Acting Treasurer of the Willow Bank Yacht Club, a Board Member and Finance Committee Member of the Manufacturer's Association of Central New York (MACNY) and a member of the Cazenovia Chamber of Commerce and Finance Committee of Cazenovia Golf Club. He is a past Board Member and Treasurer of the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra, the Cazenovia Children’s House and Hospice of Central New York. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
Andy is a CPA licensed in New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Clarkson University and resides in Cazenovia, NY.
