Joe is the Firm’s CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee. He oversees the Firm management and provides income and estate tax planning, including advisory services in connection with partnerships, limited liability companies, S and C corporations and the owners of such businesses.

Joe serves as an active member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of CenterState CEO and is a member and former President of the Estate Planning Council of Central New York. Pat, the Firm’s long-term care industry leader, provides audit and advisory services to not-for-profit and healthcare organizations. He works with several of our large healthcare systems that operate nursing homes, assisted living facilities and foundations. He has assisted several of these clients with bond refinancing. Pat also serves as the Chair of the Firm’s Community Participation Committee and Recruiting Committee.

Angela is the Chairperson of the Firm’s Tax Department and oversees management, allocation of resources and quality control of the department. In addition, Angela provides income tax planning, advisory and compliance services in both the Commercial and Not-for-Profit sectors.

Kelly provides income tax planning, compliance and advisory services to proprietorships, partnerships and corporations, and the owners and executives associated with such entities. She focuses on commercial clients utilizing pass-through entities, such as partnerships and s-corporations. Kelly is also involved in the delivery of tax services to the Firm’s not-for-profit organizations.

Kelly is the Treasurer and Board Member of the Friends of Johnson School of Dance. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Kelly is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Oneonta and resides in Dewitt, NY.

Tricia provides accounting, audit and advisory services to many of the Firm’s long term care and not-for-profit organizations. Tricia has significant long term care reimbursement experience and has advised clients in completing the Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.

Tricia is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Tricia is a graduate of LeMoyne College and resides in Bridgeport, NY.
